I'm almost 12 weeks along and today when wiping I noticed a very small amout of red blood. I've also been having lower right abdominal pain which I usually get when I have either a yeast infection or urinary tract infection.
I have two children and also had one miscarriage before at 12 weeks. Should I call the doctor or wait? I don't see anyone again till the 20th otherwise.

Yes you should call your doctor to be safe. I have heard many calls being taken while sitting in the doctors office waiting and whenever someone is having bleeding they ask them when is the soonest they can come in. So it could be something major.
You should go to the hospital. That is not a good sign. A good percentage of people have miscarriages within the first trimester.

Since you're having abdominal pain, I'd say get to a dr asap. I had to deal with a hematoma during my earlier weeks and had bleeding on a few occasions. I was told that if I had bleeding at anytime, call to make an appointment, and if I had abdominal pain or cramping, go as soon as I can get there. It's definitely scary at times, but try not to stress yourself out too much before you know what's going on. Sometimes your stress can be more harmful than your bleeding.
